Friday workshops 10.00 – 16.00/17.00 depending on session The Friday sessions are designed for the individual to experiment with a medium that they may not have experienced before or have limited knowledge of. All materials and refreshments are included – just bring yourself and a packed lunch. November 17th: Acrylic painting – LandscapesPaint a view across the farm that incorporates sky, fields and seedheads. Downend Farm Studio is situated in the beautiful Dorset landscape and surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with views towards Hod and Hambledon Hills. The studio is self contained, purpose-built and fully equipped with the following amenities: – Spacious workspace with plenty of natural light – Kitchen area with drinks facilities – Ample parking – Toilet – Level access – A basic materials kit for each student supplied at each session – Enclosed garden – Easy to find location  Class and workshop Information: Refreshments are provided in all of Alison’s classes and workshops. Here at Downend Farm Studio we believe in decent coffee, tea in a teapot and proper biscuits. If you are coming for the day, we suggest you bring a packed lunch which can be kept in our fridge if it needs to remain cool. Small class sizes ensure you will get personal attention while enjoying the camaraderie of a group. Alison is passionate about encouragement through experimentation, with a light-hearted approach. Alison and Downend Farm Studio supply a comprehensivselection of materials for each class member to use everytime they come to a session. This saves you carrying bags of equipment and not knowing what to expect.
